Paying is very easy, safe, and fast! We use the M-Pesa Prompt (STK Push) system. You don’t need to remember a Paybill number or type anything manually. Just follow these simple steps:
Fill in Your Details: Once you are ready to buy, go to the checkout page and enter your name, delivery location, and the M-Pesa phone number you want to use for payment.
Complete Checkout: Click the "Complete Checkout" or "Place Order" button.
Watch Your Phone Screen: Keep your phone screen unlocked and wait for a few seconds.
Enter Your PIN: A "Pop-up" message (M-Pesa Prompt) will appear on your phone screen asking for your M-Pesa PIN.
Confirm: Enter your PIN and click "Send."
Done! You will receive a confirmation message from M-Pesa and an order confirmation from us immediately.
Note: If the prompt doesn't appear within 10 seconds, please ensure your phone is not on "Do Not Disturb" mode or try refreshing the page. Once payment is successful, our team will call you to arrange your delivery!

This depends on your delivery method:
Boda Boda (Within Nairobi): You can pay after delivery. Simply select "Boda Boda Delivery" and "Cash on Delivery" at checkout. You can check your package first then pay the rider.
Parcel Office/Matatu (Outside Nairobi): Payment is required before we send the package. Once you pay, we provide a receipt and a tracking number from the courier or matatu office immediately.
